Kent State University Centennial Research Park

VAA served as Lead Architect for the 4,000 square-foot renovation at Centennial Research Park. The space was designed accommodate four to six investigators in the short term and 12 to 14 investigators long term. Improvements included new clerestory windows, raising the existing concrete floor, converting a dry sprinkler system to a wet system, and creating new ADA accessible toilet rooms, as well as a janitor’s closet and break room.
