Architecture

After the City of Shaker Heights received a grant from the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to bring their courts up to current regulations, DVA Architecture provided architectural and design services for the renovation of 9 tennis courts and the surrounding parking lots and green spaces, which totaled approximately 126,000 SF. The scope of this project included court asphalt resurfacing, parking lot resurfacing, as well as landscaping in areas adjacent to an existing running track, administration building, and high school. DVA Architecture oversaw the civil engineering and landscape architecture scope, and provided architectural support as needed.
