VAA led the team responsible for the design of the new LEED Certified residence hall, which fully integrates the entrepreneurship program into campus life. From a residential perspective, the building provides suite-style living arrangements for approximately 102 students. There are a total of 14 resident suites, with two apartments on the first floor for the residence director and entrepreneur in residence. The first floor also contains a student lounge that boasts a gas fireplace and television, while multipurpose spaces on each floor contain kitchenettes. The Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurship Center, located on the first floor, contains a 50-seat amphitheater, 26-seat classroom and two offices.
