CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY TOMLINSON FOOD COURT RENOVATION

This multi-phase renovation project consisted of upgrades to the kitchen and ground floor back-of-house spaces for the Tomlinson Hall Food Court. We worked with Food Service Equipment Designer, TriMark SS Kemp, for the food service equipment and general kitchen design. Our design team also created a more open and inviting food court area, featuring a streamlined traffic flow and modern finish palette. The project was divided into two phases; a new cooler was replaced during summer 2017, and the balance of the renovations will occur during the summer of 2018.
