The Hanna Building 1422 Euclid Avenue, Suite 1010 | Cleveland, OH 44115 | T 216.241.2220 | F 216.241.2221

VAA was responsible for space planning, finish specification, new furniture specification and procurement, construction documents and construction administration. We assisted the owner, MMPI, in creating the following spaces; lobby and reception area, 7 private offices, 1 executive office, open office area with combination of workstation types, break room with small dining area, copy station/work room, large conference room for 14 and a small conference room for 6. The exposed structural beams are an interesting architectural element throughout the Administration offices which are housed in the Global Center for Health Innovation. The use of linear light fixtures, linear ceiling tiles and linear floor finishes relate to the linear elements in other areas of the convention center. Exposed ceilings and suspended acoustical clouds help to keep an open feel in the office space. The color scheme utilized relates to the palette used throughout the facility, yet creates a separate identity defining the administrative area. The open office plan and glass conference room wall allows natural light to pour

into the space.
