Case Western Reserve University Euclid 11291 Addition and Renovation

VAA is providing architectural design services for the renovation of Euclid 11291 on CWRU’s north campus. This renovation will support the relocation of their Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) and the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) departments.

This renovation will feature a new entry, open offices, private and semi private offices, workstations, huddle spaces, conference rooms, lecture hall space, and a kitchenette. Hazardous materials were abated, MEP systems are being upgraded to support the office layout, and VAA has recently completed Design Development for this project. We are currently working with Stakeholders on the selection of finishes and anticipate phasing this project around the academic calendar.
