Hiram College East Hall Residence Hall and Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurship Center

Intended to fully integrate the Entrepreneurship Program into campus life, the $7 million East Hall combines residential facilities and entrepreneurship academic facilities. The Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurship Center is located on the first floor and contains a 50-seat amphitheater, 26-seat classroom and two offices. From a residential perspective, the building provides suite-style living arrangements for approximately 102 students.

There are a total of 14 resident suites, with two apartments on the first floor for the residence director and entrepreneur in residence. The first floor also contains a student lounge that boasts a gas fireplace and television, while multipurpose spaces on each floor contain kitchenettes. For ADA-compliance, an ADA elevator and two ADA-compliant toilet rooms are centrally located on the first floor.
